Recreational football – Energetic
Our team
Recreational football is an easy-to-join football activity for adults, where we get moving and play in a relaxed way, with no league matches or competitive goals. The aim is to offer the joy of exercise, good vibes and a chance to play football at your own fitness and skill level. Recreational football suits adults of all ages and abilities. You are welcome to join even if you have never played football before!
The ENERGETIC group is aimed at players who have played before or have some football skills. It suits adults who exercise regularly and want to move and play at a faster pace, but without league matches. Anyone can sign up for the group, regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
Good to know
Pakkalan Palloseura now offers three different groups for recreational players: two mixed groups, Relaxed and Energetic, which are pitched at different levels, and a separate group for women. All groups play twice a week. The women's group is just for women, while Relaxed and Energetic are mixed groups open to absolutely everyone; the pace of play is simply a little different in each. So you can choose the group that suits you best.

Communication
Once you have signed up for the team, you can follow the training schedule in the myClub system. An account is created for you when you sign up. Invoices also come through myClub, and we use it to share club news too. You can easily follow events and sign up for them, for example via the mobile app or the website.
Fees
Recreational football costs 10 € per month, or 100 € for the whole season (January–October 2026). Please note that the fee is per group, so if you want to take part in more than one group, the monthly fee is paid separately for each group.
You can also pay with Edenred and ePassi, among others! If you pay with sports and culture vouchers, please send details of the payment and the number of the invoice it relates to to talous@pakkalanpalloseura.fi
