Recreational football – Relaxed
Our team
Recreational football is an easy-to-join football activity for adults, where we get moving and play in a relaxed way, with no league matches or competitive goals. The aim is to offer the joy of exercise, good vibes and a chance to play football at your own fitness and skill level. Recreational football suits adults of all ages and abilities. You are welcome to join even if you have never played football before!
The RELAXED group is aimed at beginners and anyone who prefers to play at a calmer pace. Anyone can sign up for the group, regardless of age, gender or fitness level. The group suits all fitness levels, and the drills are easy to follow even if it's your first time. Training is all about playing and moving in a relaxed atmosphere.
Good to know
Pakkalan Palloseura now offers three different groups for recreational players: two mixed groups, Relaxed and Energetic, which are pitched at different levels, and a separate group for women. All groups play twice a week. The women's group is just for women, while Relaxed and Energetic are mixed groups open to absolutely everyone; the pace of play is simply a little different in each. So you can choose the group that suits you best.
