Fees and membership
A financial plan is drawn up for the club's activities for each season, and the fees are set on the basis of this plan. On 30.10.2025 the club's autumn general meeting confirmed that the membership fee will stay the same as in 2024-2025, at 40€. Membership fees and club season fees in line with the approved budget are invoiced in November.
Club player fees 1.11.2025-31.10.2026
The club's annual club season fee is charged in January to everyone who actively and regularly takes part in the club's football activities. Different teams in the club are offered different services, so the club season fee is different for junior and adult players. If a family has more than one junior player, this is taken into account in the club season fee as a family discount, and the discount only applies to full junior club season fees (the full season fee and U18-U6).
- Membership fee 40€
- Supporting membership fee 40€
- Junior player club season fee (U18-U6) 155€
- 1st sibling 120€
- 2nd and other siblings 0€
- Adult player club season fee 85€
- Futsal players 85€
- Player joining after 1.6. 155€/ 12 x the remaining months of the season*
- Starting age group (U5) 60€ (when starting in April–May, otherwise 120€/ 12 x the remaining months of the season)**
- If a U18-U6 player starts in August, the player pays the membership fee of 40€ + 155/12 × 3 (August, September, October)
** If a U5 player born in 2021 starts in August, the player pays the membership fee of 40€ + 120/12 × 3 (August, September, October)
The club's membership fee and club season fee partly cover, among other things, the services that teams and players receive from the club, as well as salary costs:
- Full-time staff
- Facilities and their coordination
- Training courses
- Club purchases (e.g. coaching equipment)
- Development projects
Club membership fee
The membership fee and its amount are decided by the association's autumn general meeting, always for one operating year at a time. The membership fee is the same for all members and is charged in November.
The membership fee for 1.11.2025-31.10.2026 is 40€
All members are entitled to use the club's member benefits.
Team activity fees
Teams charge the players taking part in their activities a team activity fee for costs that are not included in the membership and club season fees invoiced by the club. For these costs, a budget and an operating plan are drawn up for each season for the teams' autumn parents' meetings, and the season's team activity fee is proposed on that basis. The team activity fee is invoiced every month. No family discount is given on the team activity fee.
The team activity fee covers, among other things, the following costs:
- Coaching
- Regular slots (pitch, hall, gym)
- League fees and some of the teams' tournaments
- Referee fees
- Kit and pennants
- Additional coaching services (goalkeeper coaching)
- Part of coach and team official training (supported by the club)
- Extra pitch and tournament slot bookings
Other fees
A player must have a Football Association of Finland Pelipassi (player licence) and insurance, which are paid for every year. This is valid for the calendar year, and its price is always the same regardless of when it is bought.
At club events and matches, players represent the club in the official club kit, and players are responsible for buying it and for its cost.
Other costs of playing are voluntary fees for extra training, such as high-performance group training, camps or extra events organised by the team or the club, such as away tournaments.
Invoicing
At Pakkalan Palloseura, the main method of payment is an invoice. The club membership fee for the current operating season is invoiced and paid in November, or when the player joins the club as a member.
The team activity fees are invoiced by the team monthly, in advance.
The payment reminder fee is 5 euros. Members are responsible for any reminder and debt collection costs themselves.
Our partners are the myClub club management system and Visma Amili receivables management.

Membership
The club's members are full members, junior members and supporting members.
As a full member of the association, the board may accept anyone who accepts the association's purpose and rules. If one parent or guardian of a junior member is already a full member of the club, their other parent or guardian cannot be accepted as a full member of the club, unless there are two junior members from the same family in the association.
People under 15 can join as junior members of the association.
As a supporting member, the association may accept a private individual or a legal entity that wishes to support the association's purpose and activities. You can become a supporting member by sending an email to toimisto@pakkalanpalloseura.fi and then paying the supporting membership fee you receive from the club.
Full members, junior members and supporting members are accepted by the association's board.
Members' voting rights
At the association's meetings, every full member who has paid their membership fee by the time of the meeting has one vote. A private individual who is a full member cannot use their vote through a proxy. If you have paid the membership fee within two working days before the meeting, you must be able to show proof of payment at the meeting if asked. The club's team officials do not have voting rights unless they are members. To become a member and get voting rights, you must pay the membership fee (40€), after which your membership is confirmed at a board meeting. Junior members (under 15) and supporting members have the right to attend and speak at meetings, but not to vote.
Changes to membership
A break, quitting or a club transfer must always be notified in writing. After notification, the obligation to pay continues for one or two months after the month of notification, depending on the age group. Not attending training does not release you from paying team activity fees.
