Boys 2011 PuiU-PPS joint team
Our team
Our team is made up of players born in 2011 from Pakkalan Palloseura and Puistolan Urheilijat. PuiU's players born in 2012 also train in the same group.
Fancy playing football in a team where everyone gets to develop their skills towards their own best? The team has around 60 players, and we play in four match groups at different levels in Football Association of Finland leagues, winter leagues and separate tournaments.
Every year we go to tournaments and on away trips outside the Helsinki region too. Each spring we organise the Pupsi SpringTour, which last spring headed to Southwest Finland. Abroad, we have been to tournaments and camps in Spain, Sweden and Denmark, and in autumn 2026 in Verona, Italy. Our next camp abroad is already being planned.
Welcome to the friendly Pupsi team! New players can join a two-week free trial.
Good to know
Coached training sessions are held 3–4 times a week in the summer season and 4 times a week in winter. In summer we mainly train at Kartanonkoski and Puistola. In winter we train at the Tekova Areena indoor hall and at Mosa Wembley, among other places.
Alongside football training, there are sessions such as coordination, fitness, running and stair training.
Kit
For training and matches, players need sports clothing suitable for the weather (the joint team's own training kit), football boots, a football, a water bottle and shin pads (compulsory for insurance reasons)!
The team manager will give you more information and agree your shirt number with you.
Communication
The team communicates through myClub and email, but the most active channel is WhatsApp. So please ask to be added to the group as soon as you join the team! Parents/guardians also have
Our team has its own Instagram profile. Catch the emotions and atmosphere on the pitch and from the sidelines on Instagram at @puiuppsyj_p11
